PRODUCT DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The delivery dates for a product may vary based on stock availability.
2. Product cancellation must be reported within 02 hours of purchase confirmation.

EXCEPTIONS TO OUR POLICIES (WARRANTY)

  1. Misused products or tampered products will not be eligible for returns / complaints.
  2. Mattress and Furniture sizes will vary +/-12 mm in length, width & thickness.
    Users should allow a minimum of 72 hours for the mattress as per the instruction provided so that the mattress will regain its original shape. Any size variation reported after five days from the date of purchase will not be covered under warranty terms.
  3. A product that shall be returned will be in good condition without any fabric damages such as tears, stains, colour fading, bleeding, soil and burns.
  4. The original invoice with the company’s seal and signature has to be presented for all return / complaint requests.
  5. In case the measurement given by the customer is incorrect then the cost of reverse delivery shall be borne by the client. 

SHIPPING & TRANSPORTATION

Comfort Point takes reasonable care to pack and ship the products safely; the sale is complete once the goods are delivered to the customer. If the goods are delivered in damaged condition, the customer has to inform us immediately.

Comfort Point, under no circumstances is liable to any individual for any damages, actual, theoretical or consequential loss of information, loss of profits, business interruption or any other form of damages due to the use/inappropriate use of this website’s services, material and functions.
